Changes to the hosted service that need something from you.
24 October 2026: management pages and the Agent API have their own hosts
The hosted service now runs on three hosts, one for each kind of use:
- app.heyidentity.dev serves the sign-in endpoints your apps talk to. Nothing changed here: discovery documents, issuers, the Entra authority and every other runtime URL are exactly as before, so your apps and tests need no change.
- manage.heyidentity.dev serves sign-up, your management page, claim pages and management-link recovery.
- api.heyidentity.dev serves the Agent API, its MCP endpoint and the agent guide.
The old addresses for the moved pages answer "404 not found" on app.heyidentity.dev, with a note naming the new host. They are not redirected.
If you manage a tenant
- A management link you saved keeps working with the host swapped: replace
app.withmanage.in the link, for examplehttps://manage.heyidentity.dev/manage/…. Update your bookmark. - No working link? Recover it with the email you signed up with.
- A verification or claim email sent before the change links to
app.: swap the host the same way while the link is valid, or sign up or claim again.
If you use the Agent API
- The base URL is now
https://api.heyidentity.dev/agent/v1(wasapp.). The MCP endpoint ishttps://api.heyidentity.dev/agent/mcp, the OpenAPI documenthttps://api.heyidentity.dev/agent/v1/openapi.jsonand the guide api.heyidentity.dev/agent. - Agent tokens and tenants are unchanged. The
claim_urlof an unclaimed tenant now starts withhttps://manage.heyidentity.dev/claim/;GET /agent/v1/tenantreturns the current one.
