Unverified test tenants

An unverified tenant works immediately for testing. It has an expiry and the Unverified usage limits. Its discovery and signing-key responses carry a Sunset time and HeyIdentity-Tenant-Assurance: unverified.

Scratchpads

Start from your own token to build a scratchpad with fictional personal values. Token decoding happens in your browser. You review kept names, scopes, IDs and roles before creating anything. A scratchpad lasts 24 hours by default; the page shows its actual expiry.

Edit it in the browser that created it. Choose Claim this scratchpad there and confirm the email to keep the same configuration and open it anywhere. Confirmation signs in the browser that confirms; you can return through email sign-in. Claiming a scratchpad uses its browser session and needs no claim code.

Agent-created tenants

An agent-created tenant lasts 7 days by default. Ask the agent for a claim code, enter it at /claim within 15 minutes, then verify your email to keep it. You can also claim through an existing owner session. Its agent tokens keep working after the claim. Agents should continue using the Agent API guide.

Expiry, discard and claiming

After expiry, runtime requests are refused as for an unknown tenant, even before the periodic purge deletes it. Purged or discarded configurations cannot be restored. Claim before the shown expiry to clear it and move to the verified owner's Free limits. Claiming preserves tenant and configuration IDs. Claimed scratchpads and claimed agent tenants share the per-email claim cap.
